I have a Dometic 3 way fridge
JA: What's the make/model/year of your RV?
Customer: model # RM2453 which appears to have problem with the 240v heating element could you please advise as the part #
JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: No
JA: What year is your Element?
Customer: can not say

Did you test the element with a meter? I would do that first and rule out any other causes first. I will get you the part number however and get back to you shortly. All follow ups are included in our fee.

Double check that model number for me. I show that only has 120 VAC elements available on the AC side. See the attached link for the parts list.
