High pitched sound coming from ceiling of caravan when I connect the batteries
JA: Have you tested the battery with a voltmeter? And can you see if it's leaking or not?
Customer: New batteries. Tested. They are fine
JA: What year is your Caravan?
Customer: 2006 Dutchmen adirondack
JA: Are you fixing your Caravan yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have electrician here at moment
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

That sounds like the A/C fan may need some adjustment as it may be rubbing in the housing. See if the fan is set on "Auto" as otherwise it will have the fan on even though the A/C may be off.
