Hi! My name is ***** ***** I can assist you with this. I may need some additional information from you first in order to give a complete answer.

What is the product number off the data tag? Get me that and I can give you what you need here. Be sure that the LP working pressure isn't too low as that will result in a lower reading. You need at least 18 millivolts for this to test out good. Get back to me with this information and I can assist you further. All follow ups are included in our fee.
