JA: What's the make/model/year of your RV?
Customer: 2015 Sanibel 42ft.
JA: What is the model of your '15 RV?
Customer: 3901
JA: Are you fixing your RV yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I reset the thermostat and it has zone 1 and 4. I use 1 and 2 only
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: how do I get zone 1 & 2 working

Is this a Dometic Comfort Control II thermostat? If so, this is a communication fault. Try unplugging the cable from the thermostat and check it for moisture and then if dry, plug it back in again and try to reset it. If you don't have that instructions please let me know. All follow ups are included in our fee.

You may have to call in a mobile tech for some assistance then. He can run some tests for you and see if it is the control box or cable that is the problem.
