JA: What's the make/model/year of your RV?

JA: What is the make/model of your car?
Customer: 2001 Damon Escaper motorhome
JA: How many miles are on the car? Is it an automatic or a manual transmission?

Hi my name is Robert......

You should have incoming AC power from the shorecord and the generator, should look like a Y incoming gen power, incoming shore power and then OUT to the breaker panel, if you have good AC power coming into the transfer switch on whatever source you are trying to use but have nothing coming out it has failed and would need to be replaced. I am not sure of the exact issue you are having so if you want to expand on that please let me know, AC power in and nothing out bad transfer switch... Let me know if you need more help... Robert
