Water from hose not getting into water heater tank no hot or cold water either
JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: This is an electric Suburban Water heater
JA: What year is your Suburban?
Customer: The water heater is approx. 3 years old
JA: What is the make/model/year of your car?
Customer: A car is not involed at all. The water heater is in my 24' camper
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Drained the tank, flush it out and replaced the annode
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: never winterized it. I live in it year round. By-pass vales have never been used.

Hi my name is Robert....

I would look for a check valve on the back of the water heater, below is a picture, on the picture it shows it on the hot side (the top) however you could have one on the cold side as well, the check valve will be brass or plastic and have tiny arrows on it for direction of flow, when they fail the spring and disc can fall out and you will get no flow.
