Is the RV plugged into shore power? Did you check the viability of the batteries to be sure they aren't failing? Most slideouts that do this have battery issues. Do that first and load test them and get back to me if we need to dig deeper into this. All follow ups are included in our fee.
I notice you said "battery" and most RVs with slide outs need at least 2 batteries to perform well. Did you test the converter or inverter/charger to be sure that it was putting out the proper voltage? That should be 13.7 VDC and you might want to check or replace the shortstop breaker on that circuit as it sounds like it may be opening up under load from excess heat in the circuit.
