Customer Question

I just had some work done on it (carb and fuel pump) so I would assume they checked the oil. I assume the batteries are good because they work for everything and the generator will run for awhile before shutting down. I don't have access to the tags since the generator is buried under the van.
JA: Have you ever replaced the fuel pump, or is this the original?
Customer: The fuel pump and carb are supposed to be new.
JA: What is the model/year of your RV?
Customer: It's an 2012 Roadtrek 190 Popular.
JA: Are you fixing your 190 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No. I took it to a RV repair place and they replaced the carb and fuel pump. They said it tested fine but when we tried to run it at home it wouldn't keep running.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: no

Hi! My name is ***** ***** I can assist you with this. I may need some additional information from you first in order to give a complete answer.

I can't give you much without some information that I requested. It sounds like you need to take it back to the place that worked on it. Their work should be under warranty.
