Hi! My name is ***** ***** I can assist you with this. I may need some additional information from you first in order to give a complete answer.

Expert:  Randall replied 11 months ago.

Do you have a small digital multimeter for some testing? And can you give me the make and model of your load center? Many of that era were either WFCO or Magnetek models. With that I can direct you in some testing.

Not sure if you saw my previous response to your question? If you still need some assistance on this issue I can help you resolve this, but I need to know the make and model of your converter or load center first. If you already resolved this, please let me know. Thanks!
