Hi my name is Robert...

What is the exact issue you are having??? The power converter will take the incoming AC voltage and make the DC voltage and charge the battery. The power converter will be part of the main fuse/breaker panel OR stand alone and plug into an outlet, the stand alone style can be in a few areas, under the fridge, stove, behind the breaker panel etc..... Also on some pace arrow models they will stick the converter under the cabinet for the washer/dryer, the cabinet would have a side panel or if the washer is not installed the bottom comes out and exposes the converter. It changes each year and model..... Robert
