JA: Are you fixing your Country yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have located everything but the transfer switch, and i am fixing it myself
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: the problem is shore power works fine but the generator looses one leg

Do you have a cord reel on this?

Just checking back in to see if you perhaps missed by earlier reponse to your question? I asked about the cord reel as that often gives only one leg on the shore cord when it gets a bad contact where the power is transferred. If you don't have one, we can do some testing with a small digital multimeter and track down the problem. About $20 or so and easy to use. All follow ups are included in our fee.
