what engine do you have ??
does it crank over ??
Thank you for that
1st thing to check that batteries did not come loose from the cables
not much more that will cause that
see if you have headlights
OK, the batteries failed or a cable came loose
that is what you need to check
I hope this helped you

NOT THE POOR/BAD SERVICE
More likely that someone accidently hit the battery disconnect switch and took them out of the loop. Happens more often than a cable coming loose. OR the batteries just plain failed and need replacing. A quick check with a meter would tell you if there is any voltage present or not.
If you can get your hands on a small digital multimeter we can do some testing here and find out what happened. About $20 or so and easy to use. I can direct you in some testing over the phone if you want.
