My Centurion3000 Converter/Charger is not charging any more.

Customer Question

My Centurion3000 Converter/Charger is not charging any more.
JA: What year is your Charger?
Customer: it is in a 2000 RoadTrek
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I certainly would hope so. Do I have to replace it with an Up-grade?
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Only my engine alternator will charge the home battery.
JA: Have you tested the battery with a voltmeter? And can you see if it's leaking or not?
Customer: In fact the battery is now a new one, I installed it a day ago and now does not more show fully charged, even though it is connected to a working 120 Volt outlet.

Hi, you are correct you will need to replace with an upgraded unit here is a link to the replacment, have you checked to make sure the converter is receiving 120vac? You would test the input then its dc output should be if charging 13.5 +- here is the link
