JA: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?
Customer: no power at all, hooked up to shore power and everything just died
JA: What is the model/year of your RV?
Customer: 1994 bounder 34j
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: breakers have been checked, can't figure out where the converter is

Are you missing all the AC power? The ac power would be the microwave, TV and all the outlets..... Without the AC power you are going to have no DC power as the power converter takes the incoming AC power and makes DC power....
