Customer Question

it will not start, replaced the battery, and when I started, it tried to turn over and then I have not power at all
JA: Have you checked the battery, particularly the terminal connections? Are they corroded?
Customer: new battery and all is clean
JA: What is the model/year of your RV?
Customer: 2003 damon daybreaker, gas engine, ford chassis
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have checked the fuses, but I cannot find where the breaker is located
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: there are two cylinder (maybe regulators) by the battery, can that be the cause?

HIt the battery disconnect solenoid switch. When you removed the batteries those revert back to the "store" position and take the batteries out of the loop. That may be all that is wrong here. IF not, please get back to me and we can dig deeper into this as all follow ups are included in our fee.
