Schwintek slide is out and can not be retracted. Based on

Customer Question

Schwintek slide is out and can not be retracted. Based on advice from Forest River, I disengaged the motors to manually retract.. Now I can not renegade the motors. They need to turn and drop into a gear box and I can not turn them
JA: How old is the transmission? Have you checked the brake switch?
Customer: 2013, what brake switch?
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have reset the controller several times. I just need the motors to re-engage in the gear box
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: They need to line up with locating holes and the motor will not turn enough to do that

Just checking back in to see if you missed my earlier responses to your question? If you move the room out slightly, the motor should drop back in. It would be good here, if you still need some assistance to know why you had to remove it in the first place.
