Hi, first we need to locate the converter charger. It may be part of your distribuion panel, or what we call stand alone, which is mounted to the floor behind the panel. Can you look at your distribution panel (where the breakers and fuses are) and see if you can get the model number off of it, thanks

Thanks, what you need to do is with your volt meter, see if there is ac voltage going into the converter, and if it is producing a charge voltage, should be 13.5 or so
