Customer Question

I have a roadtrek cs adventurous 2014 which I just bought. I have it out on my first roadtrip and am having problems with the electrical system. I am on shorepower with a 15 w converter and my fridge and fantasticfan are working fine, but my air con and microwave don't work plus I have no power in my electrical outlets.
I'm a complete beginner and I've checked everything I know to check including fuses but can't figure out what''s wrong. I also seem to have no lights on my monitor panel.
I also checked the shore power which seems to be working fine. What am I doing wrong? I've looked online and can't find anything there either. Can you help?

Hi my name is Robert...

Go to the breaker panel and shut off all the breakers, turn them back on one at a time, sometimes a breaker can trip and not look like it. Also look for a tripped GFI these will be outlets with a test and reset on them, normally they are in the bathroom and or galley but can also be outside. Make sure they are not tripped. IF you are using any adapters or extension cords on the main cord I would eliminate them and plug in direct, sometimes adapters or using extension cords going into a standard household outlet can cause problems. Let me know if you still need more help..... Robert
