Customer Question

I have a 2012 Winnebago sightseer 30 6V. It has a Jensen home theater system. When I insert to DVD into the player it will not communicate with the TV. The Winnebago book says to turn to input one but there Is no input one available to selected on the Vizio TVs menu. Do you have a solution?

My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question had not received a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here. It sounds like the dvd player (if an external player is installed) has been disconnected causing this issue here. This disconnection usually occurs leading from the dvd player to the tv itself.I would have this checked/inspected to see if this is the cause of the fault here needing repaired or the cable replaced or reconnected. If this is an internal dvd player built into the TV itself this can be a fault with the TV itself needing either removed and repaired by an authorized repair center or removed and replaced. If more help is needed, use the reply tab to continue our conversation. If no further assistance is needed, kindly rate my service. You can rate at any time and we can continue to work on your question as this will not close out your question.Keep in mind in some cases it can be difficult to fully diagnose or help repair your vehicle without seeing it and I work on delivering the best possible answer from what I see to work with. Thanks Pete
