No 120 volt power from shore power or generator have 12 power lights, fridge but no power to any 120 volt outlet or appliance or AC

That sounds like it might be in the automatic transfer switch. If you have a small digital multimeter this is not too hard to test out. About $20 or so at most hardware stores and easy to use. I can direct you in the testing. Al follow ups are included in our fee.
