Hi my name is Robert
Sometimes these can be hard to get primed, you might need to get a funnel and pour the antifreeze into the funnel above the water pump to get it going. For the valves the hot and cold should be shut or valve handle running against the pipe and the bypass open valve handle running with the pipe. If you have a valve you turn to allow the pump to suck the antifreeze it should be working. What you can also do is crack the outlet on the pump to make sure it is not air bound, crack the outlet briefly turn the pump on and see if it will start sucking down the antifreeze. To me it sounds like you are doing everything correctly and the pump might need to be primed..... Robert
OK I see a problem actually two, that hose is kinked and it looks like that valve has to rotate down get the hose so it is not kinked and then put a funnel on the end of the hose, hold the hose up with the funnel in the air and pour some antifreeze in then start the pump, once it sucks it out of the funnel have the jug ready and stick it inside the jug before it runs through the line with the funnel. I have had to do this before as the pump can get air bound and not pump water. Also what you can do is on the pump you can see the outlet, it is on the right hand side, near the 10 amp fuse, crack that fitting and then turn the pump on, when you get a steady stream tighten back up. Make sure you also open a faucet inside, you should get air and then flow.
Also make sure you have good DC battery voltage, if the voltage was 11 volts or under the water pump will still run but might not pump water.
Let me know if you still need more help... Robert
It should be coming out if the pump is coming on. I do see you have an inlet strainer going into the pump you might want to make sure that is not plugged up I know this is a new unit sometimes debris from production can get in the lines. Make sure you also have good DC voltage, that line is not kinked and make sure the inlet on the pump is tight, if the inlet fitting was loose it could suck air. Try and get that line filled then turn the pump on. You also could have a bad pump. I have seen them fail new. IF you have to winterize this and can not get the antifreeze to go disconnect the outlet on the pump and blow air through that line, open all the faucets and run air until the lines are dry then put antifreeze down each of your traps. Using air will also work just make sure you open a faucet first. Might have to get the dealer to take a look if it is the pump...

NO.... it should not go in the tank the antifreeze should be charging the lines. It will take about two gallons before you see it at the faucets, if you get to 3 and it is not coming out hook back up and try using the tank and see if you get the pink solution. It should be going, you should feel air at the faucets aas it is being pushed out. Robert
No problem, IF you still need more help please let me know. IF you are satisfied with my efforts please feel free to select a rating, it is the only way I get credit for helping... Robert
