2015 bounder slideout when trying to bring it in starts,

bounder slideout when trying to bring it in starts, goes about 1 inch then stops. why?

The usual cause is low voltage. Are you plugged into shore power or do you have the genset running? Always a good idea when you are opening or closing the slides are these motors take a lot of power to move. Batteries that are failing or have dirty terminals can cause this as well. If your batteries are over 3 years old there is a good chance they are needing replacement. Load testing can tell you for sure.
