Customer Question

We have attached our 2003 four winds 31S motor coach to an external electrical source using a 30 amp converter. It worked well for two days but now the RV wall plugs and heating system are not working. How can we get a manual and trouble shoot the problems? We tried resetting the GFCI with no results. We resently purchased the RV and did not receive a manual.

Hi my name is Robert...

So you are saying you are plugged into a 30 amp service using an adapter and you have no AC power inside? The AC power would be the outlets, microwave, TV's etc. It is important to know if you are missing some of that AC power or ALL of it. The furnace is DC power and without the AC power the battery can not get charged.

Follow ups are included, this might take some going back and forth.... Robert
