Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am going to assist you with this.

What is the full model number of the genset, exactly as it is written on the data label?

The single most common cause of this issue is that the set is no longer producing electricity.

The first thing you need to do, though, is to check your oil level and make sure it is full.

Low oil level will also shut the set down.

If the oil is good, connect an AC voltmeter to the output leads of the genset.

Press and hold the start button for 6 - 8 seconds, and note the voltage.

How much voltage is there?
