Our new (less than 6 months old) RV Atwood Helium

Customer Question

Our new (less than 6 months old) RV Atwood Helium refrigerator just quit cooling. The light is on when door is opened so we don't think it is a fuse issue. It does not cool using gas or electric settings. The dealer where we purchased the RV is a couple of hours away, we are wondering if we've missed something simple. We are leaving in one week for a big vacation

That may be just a fuse on the control board or the board itself. Do you have a small digital multimeter so you can test a few things? About $15 or so at most automotive or hardware stores. That would make this a pretty quick diagnosis. R.J.
