Take the cable and ohm it out once you disconnect it from the front tv hookup and see if it shows any partial grounding. Sometimes they get a screw or staple in the cable during assembly. Hard to track down and just running a new cable from underneath or in the ceiling is more cost effective. It might be in the coax connection at the junction as well. Take a reading OUT of that and compare it to the tv that works good. Then you will pretty much know where to look and what needs to be fixed. Hope that proves helpful here.
