I have a &W 6332 CNIB Converter in the trailer I just

I have a B&W 6332 CNIB Converter in the trailer I just bought. I have a small Honda 650 generator but it does not seem to charge my batteries when no A/C power is available. The tow vehicle charges them. Is it the converter or not enough power generator?

Hi, do you have a voltmeter? and when your plugged into shorepower do the batteries charge?

I do have a voltmeter. I charged the battery with a battery charger when I got home and then reinstalled the battery so I am not sure if it is charging with shore power yet

thanks, ***** ***** do do is check voltage on the battery w/o being plugged in, then plug it in and check voltage again................then unplug and plug into the generator running and check again, please let me know the result thanks...........Michael
