I Have a 2006 forest river wildcat, when I fill it with water it only fills halfway unless I fill it very slowly. After filling it leakes on both sides. over night I will loose 2/3rds of the Water
How do I remove the belly sheet to inspect?
How do I remove the tanks to inspect them?

Most likely the tank itself is cracked or damaged to where it is causing a filling and leaking issue.Usually the pans or covering is removed once the screws and in some cases glue and clips are removed.
