Customer Question

Hi, we have a GE16 ext SP 10 gal propane water heater, it is only been in use for 10 months, it is leaking water out of the top flue box assembly. are there any fittings or gaskets in that area or does it sound like a leaking tank

Hi my name is***** only fittings should be on the back side of the water heater, I would take a quick look and make sure they are not leaking or spraying water. Sometimes you have to go inside and remove a panel or drawer to get to them. IF they are not leaking then the tank is cracked..... Robert
