Have a dometic refrigerator in a camper that is not cooling the lower section and akes uite a while to freeze anything in upersection themostat is slid up as far as possible the model number is ***** product number is(###) ###-####07 Serial number is *****

Hi my name is***** you have a volt meter? IF so you can test the thermistor to see if it is at fault, the thermistor will plug into the circuit board and be a two wire connector, the other end sits inside the fridge, you take the end in the fridge and put it in a cup of ice water, then go unplug the two wire connector and ohm the wires leading back to the thermistor and you should have between 7K and 10K ohms.... Make sure the vent is also clear. IF the thermistor checks out good, and you have the same results on both AC and LP then the cooling unit may be at fault... Hope this helps some... Robert
