Will the fridge turn on at all or will it turn on and not work on AC power?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
It will not

So the fridge needs DC voltage to turn on. Go to the outside access panel and check the AC plug in, it should not matter if it is plugged in or not but would it would be nice to know if the outlet has voltage, plug a lamp or something else in and see if it works.
The DC supply to the fridge will go to the circuit board, if the fridge is not turning ON at all leave the ac cord unplugged and remove the cover on the circuit board and make sure you do not have a fuse blown, one is for the DC side and allows the fridge to turn on...
The microwave is all AC power, plug something else into the outlet and see if there is power, if so then there could be a fuse blown inside the microwave, if you have NO power at the microwave plug in go around and make sure you do not have a tripped GFCI these would be like what you would find in a house, some outlets will have a test and reset on them, normally they are in the galley and or bathroom but can also be anywhere else including the outside.
I would also go to the generator and make sure you do not have a breaker tripped on it, most will have two breakers..
Hope this helps... Robert
