I have a Dometic rm 3962 fridge that has been on all night

I have a Dometic rm 3962 fridge that has been on all night and is not getting below 40. It has always been down to 32 before now. Its 5 years old and same on lp or ac. Anything to look for?

Hi, we need to determine if you have a control issue or a cooling unit issue.......So go to the back of the refrigerator, and open the access door, you will see a plastic box with wires going to it, this is the control board, take the lid off,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,look to the upper left corner, you will see a 4 pin connecter and a 2 pin connector below it, unplug the 2 pin connector, let it run overnight and check temps in the morning, this allows the unit to run without its thermostat (thermister) and allows us to see what the maximum cooling capacity is, in time the cooling unit can loose its potential, however, lets do the test and speak again tomorrow, is this alright with you?
