We purchased your Atwood Air Command Ducted AC Roof

Customer Question

Hello, we purchased your Atwood Air Command Ducted AC Roof Unit because the original Coleman unit on our travel trailer went capoot. We have the unit on the roof and all wired in and have power to the unit and to the thermostat. When we turn the unit on from the thermostat the fan or cooling unit on the roof does not turn on. We know there is a 5 amp fuse on the unit. Could that fuse have blown when we plugged everything it and that would be what is preventing it from turning on? Help!
