Hi my name is Robert....
I would look under the front engine access for another fuse box mounted on the firewall, look for a tripped breaker/blown fuse in that box. That box outside may power the one inside. IF you have no power at that other box follow the battery cables from the fuse box to the battery and make sure you do not have a tripped breaker.
