I have a 2006 T34SP ,the problem is the rear electric

Customer Question

I have a 2006 T34SP ,the problem is the rear electric queen beds, .
The left rear chain or bed mounts is out of timing with all other mounts.
When removed the bottom chain tension cap on that rail, 5 plastic button type
Disks fell out, along with a really small bronze bushing which was broken in half.
Looking through the slot in the channel, I can see another white plastic button looking disk
With a title in the middle, just like the other 5.
The likely problem was cause by someone lowering the beds with a pin left on that rail.
It bent the locking pin BAD . Had to drive it out with a punch.
Also the cap ,on the bottom of rail, which the sprocket/ chain tension bolt comes through,
Was bent BAD also . It was bowded up inside the channel, like was over tightened,
But I'm sure was caused from the pin being left in the one position, while lowering.
HELP, plate/cap is straightened. BUT How do I get this think timed correctly again??
And a parts breakdown, so I can see the internals of this unit, to understand the
Internal workings of it, WOULD help ALOT.
