I have a 97 Damon daybreck how do you set the water valves under sink

Hi my name is Robert.....
IF these are the valves going to the water heater you should have a hot, cold and bypass. The hot and cold should be open OR valve handle running with the pipe and the bypass valve closed, valve handle running across the pipe. IF they are not for the water heater open one at a time and see if anything is draining if so shut it, if it is not a drain leave it open..... Hope this helps some.....
