Robert

n611

The reset has to be done at the circuit board and it will depend on which style board you have. Below are two links for you. Copy and paste each one into your browser and it will show how to rest it....

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes it is.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
you should be able to take a wire and stick one pin with the jumper wire into another and jump it off
Expert:  Robert replied 2 years ago.
OK
So all you have to do is get a wire and stick it into the opening with no wire going to it, then you ground it and you should hear a click and it should reset. Make sure the fridge is ON and operating in the Manual AC mode AND the AC power cord disconnected from the circuit board.
Yes you are correct on the jumper to ground, is that not working?
Robert
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes my ground is working I just need to know where to stick my jumper wire in at?
What color is the wire so I dont burn nothing up
Expert:  Robert replied 2 years ago.
All you are doing is sticking a wire into the socket, it should not matter what color it is the wire will go from the empty socket with no wire to ground and then the board should reset. The opening should have two solid color wires next to it... Robert

Which wire do I touch: I have a black, green, white red and blue
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
?????
Expert:  Robert replied 2 years ago.
OK
You don't touch any wire, you cut a 6" wire and stick it into the P-2 connector and then touch the wire to ground and the board should reset.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
it the wire thats on the rongs thatyou plug in the cirut broad
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
do you stick the jumper wire in the blue and white or the green wire to jump it
or the red in the white
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
to reset it
Expert:  Robert replied 2 years ago.
OK
The 6 pin connector should have an empty slot so you are not sticking it in with any wire, DO you have wires going to each pin on the connector?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
nope
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
they have some that or with no wire
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
what im suppose to stick it in the empty shot
Expert:  Robert replied 2 years ago.
Please look at the link again....
It shows the slot you stick the jumper wire in and then all you need to do is touch it to ground, I am losing you with the different color wires you should not have to do anything but put the jumper wire in and touch it to ground..
