This sounds like the sensor for the parking brake might be bad. I would look below the pull handle for a sensor that has DC wires going to it, many times that parking brake sensor is below the pull handle and it will have air lines and wires going to it. IF it is not in that location then it could be under the front cap area. Normally when that sensor fails it thinks the park brake is set when it is not. The other issue could be if that input is tied into a dash computer, the computer reports everything to the dash.... I would take a quick look for the sensor, if you do not see that I would let a chassis shop have a look... Hope this helps... Robert
