The outlets would be protected by the breakers and not fuses, so it was good you reset them, that would have been the first area to look. IF the 5th wheel does not have a generator then the power should go right to the breaker box, then it will branch out. I would go around and look for a tripped GFCI, these are like what you would find in a house, they will have a test and reset button on them, normally they are in the bathroom or galley but can be anywhere including the outside, so you want to look all over. After that need to verify if the breaker panel is getting AC voltage, that would require a volt meter checking for power. I would also check the connections at the shore cord...
