Customer: hi, I own a w year old Dometic RM2620 RX and it has worked very well The other day it was parked at quite a slant and I turned it on to get it cold before my wife started loading the old camper. for whatever reason when we leveled the camper we noticed the fridge was not cooling. it started again and then quite. now we cannot seem to get it to run on either ac or propane. is there something I can reset or did it get an air lock? HELP

IF the controls appear to be working on both AC and LP and you had it parked on a big slant the cooling unit may have become blocked, once the cooling unit becomes blocked it needs to be replaced. Sometimes you can re-level the fridge and let it sit for several hours and then try to run it. This always may not work. Normally no cooling one source it has to deal with the controls, no cooling on both sources indicates a cooling unit issue. You also can check the thermistor,and if you have a volt meter I can tell you how to do that but if it sat level chances are it is the cooling unit.... I know this might not be good news..... Robert
