VerifiedThank you for using Just Answer, I will quickly, and methodicly work through your repair needs.......Thank you.........Michael, hi is it possible that the legs are in full extension, and the sliding inner legs need to be lengthened to get the full throw of the mech? I've seen this, you need to get a couple of jack stands, and support the trailer, take weight off of the legs, retract all of the way, then lowere the inner sleves............Does this make sense? there may be another issue, but lets ck this first.......
