They are called kick down jacks if they swing. To start on this make sure the parking brake is set. IF the power is coming on, the parking brake is set and the joystick controls do not work you could have an issue with the pump relay, grounding switch or pump.....These Joystick controls can be difficult to work on. Click HERE for a service manual on this system, it should walk you through the troubleshooting. I do not like referring customers to the manufacturer but in this case I might contact HWH being this is an older system. HWH does have an excellent tech. support line but sometimes they work off a call back log and it might take a few days to hear from them. They normally can help.... HWH can be reached at 800 321 3494.....
