I found the slide out controller in the diagrams. And it looks to be the new lippert slide out system. Look in the bay areas for a white box under each slide out. Feel around with your hand by the front of the bay or look way in the back in the corners. They have a reset button. Will email what to do if reset does not work.

Ok shall we focus on getting the slides in. Because you have the schwintek in-walls system this is not going to be as bad as it sounds. The gear rails on the side of each slide out -system will confirm this. I am going to give you the schematics for the slide out for your unit the wiring diagram of your slide out system that the winnebago itasca say you have. Click here to pick up the schematics. Here is the manual that schwintek and winnebago release for slide out units installed on the winnebago products To simply reading of manuals I am also going to give you the video link here how to over ride the system and basically replicates what you see in the manual but at least you have a visual. The schwintek is designed that when it gets itself in a situation like what you have the control board is designed to protect the unit and the motors. If you have to disengage the motors one or two people can get the smaller slides in. I use two people so there is an even push and it does not take a lot muscle. It make take three for the long one and I would have one person on each end and one in the middle. Tilting the coach a bit helps but be sure and put a travel locks in as the video describes when you get one side in before you do the other if tilting the unit.

Batteries are going to be need charged for all this to work when electronically resetting it the unit Engine will also need to be running. On your control panel for the voltage look what the house side voltage is and then look what the the coach/engine side is. By now if you are 30 amp service you should be charged up. In the morning when it is daylight you need to locate the slide out controls for each of the slide out units. Hopefully by now you have gone thru all your bays and found the white boxes that are generally tacked to the top of the bay area.

For the bed that failed to lift after you reset the the controller see if you can push the smaller slide out a bit enough to manually lift the bed using the struts to hold it up Get both slides in and then slowly let the bed go down a bit so it is ok for travel. If you have to put something under it to stabilize or keep from damaging the slide outs just put pillow or something in the center so it the bed frame stays straight as you do not want to break up the the front hinge mechanism.

The travel locks can be made with two by fours. If you go to home depot or lowes they will cut them the length you need.

because the unit is under warranty it should go back to the dealer to have them find out why all this happened and to check each of the gear tracks on each side of each slide out to make sure none of the teeth are out of sorts.

The schwintek system is not bad system to be in a repair mode. You can also feel free to contact lippert yourself to have them walk you thru more. Phone number at the end of the video and should be on the manual. The techs are easy going and patient. Just tell you are stuck and trying to get it so you can get it on the road to a dealer.

Here is how to get all your manuals on line. Fo to www.winnebagoind.com then at the top menu look for resources and then go to manuals and diagrams on the bottom right. To get the the parts catalog which will also help find the location of the slide out control units but a but painful sometimes with the new way for the parts catalog, wiring, plumbing diagrams, or owners manual go to the respective place on the list and then select your year 2014 and then at the next menu go all the way down to find your manual and it will be under itasca eclipse and the last unit on the list which match up with the first part of your serial number. For the parts catalog you need to be on a PC and download the three d player and your the list on the right to find out what you need. I am pretty good and digging thru diagrams and figure what is what so you can just let me know what you need help with that you do not understand.

Next thing I will work on is the pump under the bed and see where it is wired into. Hopefully by now you have check to see if any of the gfis have tripped.
