What I would do is get a volt meter and go directly to the battery and see what the voltage is reporting for both the chassis and house batteries. IF the voltage is normal, the set point for the chassis battery should be 13.4 volts dc, after that voltage is met then it should start charging the house battery, If it is saying 18-22 volts you could have a problem, it should be showing you a charged indication instead of over temp light. The engine battery reads 13.25 and the house battery 13.62. My concern is to know if the charge controller is dissipating the difference through the over temp function? I guess I do need to contact the manufacturer. I thought a tech might know that.
