VerifiedThank you for using Just Answer, I will quickly, and methodicly work through your repair needs.......Thank you.........Michael, hi whats happening is that its taking more amperage to get the slide started...........and as its an 04,,,,,,,,,,it could be one of two things...........the motor may be getting weak (take an alternate power source, and clip the wires to the motor,,,,,see if it behaves properly with different power,,,,,,,if it does,,,,,,,,,,,the room contol will need attention,,,,,,,,,,and a replacment may be necessary...........
