The two most common causes of this problem are a bad igniter board or low LP pressure at the regulator and if you have some "honey" in the line that makes it worse when the pressure is low. No way to bypass the board. If you have an outside inspection panel you can remove it and have it tested at any local RV shop. They can test the regulator as well if you remove it and take it into them. If you get back to me with the make and model of your furnace I can hook you up with a copy of the Service Manual which can be very useful........especially if we need to go further. what if any furnaces compare and will connect the same as the suburban35 and produce more btu around 40000
You can upgrade that one with some modifications...........changing out to a different brand is not a good idea. That is a good furnace once you get a good control board in there. The OEM boards are pretty much junk out of the box.

It would be a 42K version and you can change that out...........it is essentially the same furnace with a few upgraded parts.

does it have bearings in the new motor
I believe the newest models do and they have a larger diameter motor for longer life. Too many people using these for full time living now.
If you don't have 4 vents you will have to add one...........not a bid deal in most installations. The dimensions are the same as the SF-35.
