Customer: My Rv has 50 amp service but I have a 30 amp reducer, tonite my lights and heater went off and I only have outlets, for electrical outlets and no other power! Could it be that the power in the pedestal where I hookup to power lost a leg or breaker? I flipped all the breakers at the outlet and in the RV! What else could be causing this!!!!

With a 30A service, there is only 1 hot coming in to the trailer.
If you have any power at all, the problem is inside the trailer, not outside.
You stated that you flipped the breakers, but did you actually reset them?
To reset them, you must turn them off, and then back on again.
Check the GFCI which will be located in either the bathroom and/or kitchen areas.
If this does not do it, please come back and let me know.
