This is odd that the Generator will not produce any AC voltage also. I would first verify that the breakers on the generator are not tripped. If you do not have to physical plug the generator cord into a socket then you will have an automatic transfer switch, it can take up to a min. for it to detect the incoming power source and switch over, so make sure you are giving it enough time. Next I would make sure NO GFI'S have tripped in and outside of the RV, these are normally located near water sources such as the bathroom, kitchen and possible to have them on the outside.. If they look good I would find the transfer switch, normally it is a square box located near the shore cord but it can be located inside the RV under the bed in a cabinet etc, if you follow the shore cord it should take you to the transfer switch. Inside the transfer switch you will have incoming shore, incoming generator and out going power to the breaker panel, if you have incoming AC voltage and noting coming out then the switch or relays have failed and should be replaced.... Normally when this happens you will loose shore or gen. but it is possible both sides have failed. IF you have an inverter make sure no breakers are tripped on that and you can try re-setting the power on it.... hope this helps..
