This is a manual for your slides,the large slides have two rails run by one hydraulic ram,there is a cross bar that goes between the two rails with a set of gears,this keeps the slide extending and retracting evenly.The cross bar has shear pins or bolts,one has either fell out or sheared.You will have to expose the slide rails to check which side has failed.Use grade 8 bolts 1/4" and lock nuts.Be sure slide is square,then install new bolt.
