VerifiedHi, what do you have turned on inside the unit when you plug in? How many watts is the onboard gen, and how many are the portable. Moisture would only affect the carb on the gen if it were outside, you might try fatten the fuel mixture at the bowl of the carb. Let it warm up, and ease into the load, if ac' turn on fan, then after 5 min low cool, see how it does..............
Is it the original cord with the coach or is it an extension cord. If its the original unless the cord is melted or cut, is should be fine, open the junction box at the coach end where it is attatched and make sure the connections are good, you may want to go ahead and recut and reconnect................................Michael
